1 Overview
Ai learning : Edge App (“the App”, “we”, “us”) is a strictly educational application that teaches how financial markets, finance, crypto and stocks work — through guided lessons, quizzes, risk calculators, a practice simulator, a glossary, and an AI learning coach. The App is built privacy-first: most of what you do never leaves your phone.
This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using the App you agree to this policy.
2 Information we collect
a. Stored on your device (not sent to us)
Your learning lives locally on your device and is never uploaded to our servers:
- Completed lessons, quiz scores and history, daily streak
- Saved glossary terms and personal notes
- Practice-simulator sessions (synthetic data only — no real money)
- App preferences (e.g. reminder toggle, language)
b. AI Coach inputs
When you ask the AI Coach a question, the text you type is sent securely to our gateway, which forwards it to our AI provider to generate an educational answer. These messages are not used to build a profile of you and are not linked to your identity.
c. Approximate region
To tailor which experience the App shows, our server estimates your country/region from the network request (IP address), server-side. We do not use GPS, and we do not store your precise location. The App contains no location-tracking code.
d. Push notification token
If you enable reminders, your device’s push token is registered so we can send learning nudges. You can turn this off in your device settings at any time.
e. Optional orientation-session form
In some regions the App may offer to connect you with a partner learning-guide team. Only if you choose to submit that form do we collect the details you enter — first name, last name, email, phone number and country dialing code — together with your approximate region and request address, in order to arrange the session.

3 How we use information
- To run and improve the learning features (lessons, quizzes, tools, simulator).
- To generate educational answers from the AI Coach.
- To decide which on-launch experience to show for your region.
- To send the reminders you opted into.
- If you submit the optional form, to arrange your orientation session with our partner team.
We do not use your information for advertising profiles, and we do not sell it.
4 AI Coach & processing
The AI Coach is designed to explain concepts in plain English. The model, credentials and configuration live only on our secure server gateway — never inside the App. The coach is constrained to education and will decline requests for buy/sell signals, price predictions, or personalized financial advice.
AI messages are processed by our AI provider solely to return your answer. We instruct our provider not to use the content to train their models where that option is available to us.
6 Tracking & consent
On iOS, before any contact details from the optional form are shared with our partner team, the App presents Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt and proceeds only if you allow it. You can change this choice anytime in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. The App uses no advertising identifiers and runs no third-party analytics or ad SDKs.
7 Data retention
- On-device data stays until you reset it in the App or uninstall.
- AI Coach messages are processed transiently to return answers and are not retained as a personal profile.
- Orientation-form submissions are kept only as long as needed to arrange your session and meet legal obligations, then deleted.
8 Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the EU/UK GDPR and California CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Because most data is stored on your device, you can exercise much of this directly: use Journal → Settings → Reset all progress, or uninstall the App.
For information tied to the optional form, email us at contact@ailearningedgeapp.online and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. California residents: we do not sell or “share” personal information as defined by the CPRA.
9 Security
Traffic between the App and our gateway is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Sensitive credentials (such as AI provider keys) are held only on the server, never shipped in the App. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information using reasonable technical and organizational measures.
10 Children
The App is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18 (or the age of majority in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
11 International transfers
We and our service providers may process information in countries other than yours. Where we transfer personal information internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) as required by applicable law.
12 Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the App evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above, and where appropriate we will provide an in-app notice. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
